She's The House

From the book, 'Enid Blyton's Happy Hours Story Book' Published by 'Dean & Son Ltd.1964.

The house is quiet
When it came undone
It follows crowds
While making a statement

The house frowns
When no one is watching
When others are missing
When others are smiling

She took a slight proposition
That got her into a mess
She recovered sooner but got back later
She wonders why she's broken

Her windows are clear
She could see the neighbors
They past by her
But showed no invitation

The house sighed and looked upon a star
And wished somewhere out there
Another was building up

Now that we are here
I won't forget you dear
And what you mean to me so clear

The antics which you make
In Japanese and for friendship sake
When you drive me around the state
In your very own smart mate

I care for you most
When your delicate wings needs some flutter
Through this I wish life's most pleasure

So 'don't forget to remember me'
As you will always be my little bumblebee

Work from the bottom up
This is how the norms were brought up
We need to break the cycle
Cause fame needs no face
When there is will in the human race

A different noise from a little voice
Makes a point and its a choice
For one to be true, for one to be anew
We should accept who is who

Individuality is pure
And needs no prove
When our brother is sad for he is neglect
What he thought was true was absurd to the living pride
This is how shameful the world is now alright
Let us do something to make it all upright

I looked up
You were right
The sun was shinning bright
I felt better as I looked over the sky
Maybe the universe just needed to hear
That she wants us all to be here
To witness a better tomorrow
To see a different light another day
So let us breathe a different story everyday
And past the lesson to every person
And be a massive absent in the passive workers
To rise above and make a difference

nothing good ever happens to me
it's always the same old story
the one I hate to tell everybody
about how much life seems so dearly

the more I keep quiet
the more they itch
the truth will unveil in not much glory
so why bother to say shamelessly

it's a jinx I can't change
but I can ignore if you let me too
so you see it's pride holding its last breath
just a glimpse of the crack, the wound will shake

be patient world, i will be back
stronger than ever, hopeful than before
fighting for my right
the only place I call my own.

If you can tolerate this
Then you're my type
We can stay up all night
And talk about life
Fuck the world
Cause we only need each other
